I am going to apply for a student visa, and I would like to bring my spouse with me to France. What are the procedures that I have to follow?

The student visa is only for the student and not his family. If your wife/husband wants to visit you, she/he will have to apply for a tourist visa, which allow her/him to only stay 3 months in France, or for a Schengen visa.
